General Shipping Information
The buyer bears the costs for shipping.
All our products have individual shipping.
Products with a shipping cost of €3 or less are sent uninsured and without a tracking number. You can contact us if you would like a different shipping method.

If you want to return something, please send us an email to hello@pegea.de. Use the email template.

Hygiene products such as our cosmetics & beauty products cannot be returned once they have been opened.
As soon as we have received the return and it is undamaged, the money will be transferred back.
The goods must be in an undamaged condition and the labels must still be in place! Unless the product was damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us on the same day and send us pictures.
